Last week Josh came out to service our refrigerator that had stopped cooling. I spent 35 years in the Telecommunications business as a field technician, so I am pretty comfortable about customer service and how important it is to a business. I wanted to let you know how impressed I was with Josh. He was extremely pleasant, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He went over and above, what I would call customer service, by cleaning the floor up under the refrigerator, vacuuming the unit out and even replacing a small leaking hose.
