This last Saturday Dec 7 our washer started going crazy during the spin cycle. We shut it down right away. On Sunday Dec 8 I got online and scheduled a repair visit for Monday Dec 9. I was very surprised there was availability so soon. I called the morning of the 9th to confirm my repair visit and was given a 1-5pm window. Joe showed up at 130pm and had my washer fixed in 30min!
