The health and wellbeing of our River City Appliance associates and customers are our top priority as we meet the needs of our communities. In this past week, many states and local municipalities have continued to implement strategies to help the spread of the virus. Among these include terms like “Life-Sustaining “Business” or “Shelter in Place.” The purpose of these strategies is to ensure that customers are taking precautions to eliminate un-necessary exposure while allowing them to continue activities essential to health and safety.
River City Appliance will remain open to continue to support our communities and customers with essential services like appliance repair to support the health of their families. Our technicians are taking precautions to ensure we are complying with the CDC recommendation to slow the spread of the virus by washing our hands, wearing PPE and asking all our customers to reschedule if anyone in the home are showing signs of illness, been exposed to anyone with COVID-19 or have traveled outside of the USA in the last 14 days.
